Gindara Sablefish is raised in the oceanic waters of British Columbia. Our locally-owned farm raises a premium fish whose quality and taste is a result of aquaculture done right. We believe in a clean fish, so we hand-raise Gindara Sablefish from egg to ocean, as a native species in their natural environment.
